Chocolate Midnight Madness Pie
 

 Chocolate Midnight Madness Pie

 

This one is easy to make and tasty too...
 

8 oz 

 

cream cheese, softened

 

½ cup 

 

mayonnaise

 

½ cup 

 

granulated sugar

 

2 large 

 

eggs

 

6 oz 

 

semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

 

1 tsp 

 

vanilla extract

 

1 6 oz. 

 

chocolate flavored pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in chocolate and vanilla until smooth.

Pour into pie crust; place on a cookie sheet.

Bake 30-35 minutes, or until set.

Chill 4 hours before serving.

 

 Cooking Tips

*Serve with a nice dollop of fresh whipped cream.
