Hershey's chocolate syrup |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees F. |
|

Melt
chocolate bar in the top of a double boiler. |
|

Cream
together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a
time, beating well after each addition. |

Stir baking
soda in the buttermilk. Alternately add
buttermilk and flour into creamed mixture. Add
melted chocolate bar, chocolate syrup and
vanilla. |

Pour into a
greased and floured tube pan (not a bundt pan). |

Bake for 70
minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and sprinkle
with powdered sugar.
