vanilla wafers, crushed |

cup |

butter, softened |
|
|
1 ½

powdered sugar |
|
|

|
eggs |
|

quart |
|
peaches |
|
|
1
cup |
|
heavy whipping cream, whipped |
|

Crush
vanilla wafers and put most in an 8x12x2" pan.
Save some for sprinkling on top. |

In large
bowl, cream butter and sugar very well. Add
eggs, one at a time. Mix well and pour over
vanilla wafers. |

Slice
peaches and spread on top. Whip the cream and
spread over top of fruit, being sure to spread
to the edges. |

Sprinkle
crumbs on top and chill overnight in
refrigerator. |
