One 9" unbaked pie shell

eggs, slightly beaten |

evaporated milk |

granulated sugar |

unsweetened canned pumpkin |

|

butter, melted |

ground cinnamon |

ground nutmeg |

heavy whipping cream |

Preheat oven
to 400 degrees F. Place pie crust into 9" pie
pan and crimp edges. |

In large
bowl, cream eggs, milk and sugar. Add remaining
ingredients (except cream) and mix together
well. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40
minutes, or until knife inserted into the middle
comes out clean. Let cool. |

Whip cream
and spread over the cooled pie.
