 Fantasy Fudge

 

Melts in your mouth...
 

1 ½ sticks 

 

butter

 

3 cups 

 

granulated sugar

 

2/3 cup 

 

evaporated milk

 

12 oz 

 

semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

7 oz 

 

jar marshmallow creme

 

1 tsp 

 

vanilla extract

 

1 cup 

 

chopped nuts (optional)

In large glass bowl, microwave butter until melted. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave on high 5 minutes, or until mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix well; scrape bowl. Continue microwaving on high 5 ½ minutes, stir after 3 minutes.

Remove from microwave and add chips. Stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 9" square pan, or 13x9" baking pan (depending on how thick you would like your fudge).

Cool completely at room temperature. Cut into squares.
