This is a
terrific, easy dessert for the kids...

peanut butter (smooth) |

graham cracker crumbs |

powdered sugar |

corn
syrup |

semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |

sprinkles (optional) |

In large
bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker
crumbs, sugar and corn syrup. Mix until smooth. |

Shape into
1" balls. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie
sheets. Drizzle melted chocolate over balls and
put sprinkles on top. Or, delete the chocolate
and just roll the PB balls in sprinkles. |

Store in a
covered container and refrigerate. |

Cooking Tips |
|
*Quick way to melt
chocolate- Place in a pyrex bowl or measuring cup and
microwave. Cook a little, then stir, cook a little more
and stir again. |
