 Peanut Butter Fudge

 

Melts in your mouth...
 

2 cups 

 

granulated sugar

 

dash 

 

of salt

 

2/3 cup 

 

evaporated milk

 

3 Tbs 

 

peanut butter (heaping)

 

1 tsp 

 

butter

 

1 tsp 

 

vanilla extract

Combine sugar, salt and evaporated milk in medium saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from stove and stir in peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Pour into buttered 8x8" pan.

Let cool (or refrigerate) and then cut into small squares.

 

Yield: 2 dozen pieces

 

 Cooking Tips

*Use creamy PB if you'd like creamy fudge, crunchy if you'd like crunch to it!
