Bring milk
to a boil in a 2 quart thick bottom pot. Stir in
rice and cook on low heat until rice is done.
Gradually add sugar, vanilla extract and
cinnamon. While rice is hot, in a small bowl mix
egg yolks and cream and gradually add into your
pot of rice and let cook another 2 minutes. |

If you would
like to add raisins, place your raisins and
water in a small pan and bring to a simmer for 1
minute. These will become plump. Strain raisins
and add to rice pudding. |
