Combine
crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and butter. Press into 13x9"
dish and chill. |

Beat cream
cheese, ¼ cup sugar and 2 T. milk until smooth.
Fold in ½ of cool whip. Spread over chilled
crust and place ½ of the berries on top. |

Mix pudding
as directed. Pour over berries and chill
overnight. |

Before
serving, spread remaining cool whip on top.
Arrange remaining strawberries on top. |
