A delicious
dessert for the holiday season...

finely crushed vanilla wafers |

package cream cheese, softened |

heavy whipping cream |

granulated sugar |

whole cranberry sauce (1 lb.) |

Combine
crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom and
sides of a 9" pie plate. Chill until firm. |

In large
bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer
until fluffy. |

In separate
bowl, combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla;
whip until thickened but not stiff. Gradually
add to the cream cheese, beating until smooth
and creamy. Fold in cranberry sauce, reserving a
few whole cranberries for garnish. |

Spoon into
crust; freeze until firm. |

Remove from
freezer 10 minutes before serving. Top with
additional whipped cream and reserved
cranberries. |

Cooking Tips |
|
*To crush vanilla
wafers, place in a freezer ziploc and mash with a meat
tenderizer (or use food processor). |
