Spumoni Ice Cream

This is a very rich dessert...

½ gallon		vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tsp		anise flavoring or Anisette
1 cup		slivered almonds, toasted
2 2oz.		Hershey bars with almonds, chopped
¼ cup		maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
¼ tsp		grated fresh orange peel
¼ tsp		grated fresh lemon peel

shaved chocolate or toasted coconut

1	Blend all ingredients together and pack into a large freezer container or individual molds and freeze.
2	When ready to serve, shaved chocolate, toasted coconut or anisette are good on top.
