Apple Crisp

 

Simple and yummy...
 

½ cup 

 

melted butter

 

4 cups 

 

apples, thinly sliced

 

1 Tbs 

 

lemon juice

 

1 cup 

 

brown sugar

 

½ tsp 

 

salt

 

1/3 cup 

 

flour

 

1 cup 

 

oatmeal

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease 8x10" baking dish.

Layer apples in baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In large bowl, mix together dry ingredients, and use pastry blender to combine with butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.

Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and hot. Serve with good vanilla ice cream.
