Delicious with fresh berries...
 


1 ½ cups 

 

CRUST:
graham cracker crumbs

 

¼ cup 

 

granulated sugar

 

1/3 cup 

 

butter (melted)
 

 


8 oz 

 
 

TOPPING:
cream cheese, softened

 

¼ cup 

 

granulated sugar

 

2 Tbs 

 

milk

 

3 ½ cups 

 

Cool Whip

 

2 pints 

 

fresh strawberries, rinsed, tops cut off, and halved

 

2 small 

 

packages instant vanilla pudding

 

3 ½ cups 

 

milk

Combine crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and butter. Press into 13x9" dish and chill.

Beat cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar and 2 T. milk until smooth. Fold in ½ of cool whip. Spread over chilled crust and place ½ of the berries on top.

Mix pudding as directed. Pour over berries and chill overnight.

Before serving, spread remaining cool whip on top. Arrange remaining strawberries on top.

 

Servings: 10-12
