package cream cheese, softened |

eggs, separated |

package semi-sweet chocolate bits,
melted |

granulated sugar, divided |

heavy cream, whipped |

Combine
crust ingredients and press into a 9x13" pan and
chill. |

Combine
cream cheese, 2 beaten egg yolks, melted
chocolate, ¼ cup sugar and vanilla. In another
bowl, beat 2 egg whites until soft peaks form,
and gradually add ¼ cup sugar. Carefully fold
egg white mixture into chocolate mixture. Fold
in whipped cream and chopped pecans. Pour entire
mixture over crust and freeze at least 8 hours. |
