ripe
peaches (about 8 large), peeled, pitted
and sliced |

granulated sugar |

water |

fresh lemon juice |

vanilla extract |

sour
cream |

fresh blueberries |

Arrange
fresh peaches in a single layer on a jelly roll
pan and freeze 30-45 minutes. When frozen, place
in food processor with sugar, water, lemon juice
and vanilla and process until slushy. |

Add sour
cream with the machine running and process until
smooth. Distribute 2/3 of the blueberries among
8 martini glasses. Spoon peach slush over the
berries. Scatter remaining berries on top and
add a sprig of mint to each glass. |

immediately. |
