These can be
served frozen or cold...

butter |
|

sifted powdered sugar |

unsweetened chocolate,melted |
|

eggs |

vanilla extract |
|

peppermint extract |

finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs |

Cream butter
and sugar with electric mixer until light and
fluffy. Gradually add melted chocolate.
Incorporate eggs, one at a time, beating
thoroughly after each addition. Add extracts and
mix well. |

Sprinkle
half of the crumbs in 24 small cupcake liners.
Add filling, and top with remaining crumbs.
Freeze until firm. |
