 Beef Marinade Skewers

 

Simple, yet delicious...
 

3 Tbs 

 

soy sauce

 

2 Tbs 

 

red wine

 

2 Tbs 

 

hoisin sauce

 

1 Tbs 

 

vegetable oil

 

1

 

green onion (white part only) minced

 

1 ½ lbs 

 

flank steak, sliced into thin strips

Place all marinade ingredients in ziploc bag. Add beef strips and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer.

When ready to serve, drain marinade and thread beef strips onto skewers. Grill until desired doneness.
