 Golden Grilled Flank Steak

 

Easy marinade... delicious flavor!
 

½ cup 

 

vegetable oil

 

2 Tbs 

 

white wine vinegar

 

3 Tbs 
3 Tbs

 

dry vermouth
worcestershire sauce

 

2 Tbs 

 

whole grain mustard

 

1 Tbs 

 

dried rosemary

 

½ tsp 

 

ground white pepper

 

1 tsp 

 

dried thyme

 

1 tsp 

 

dry mustard

 

1.5 lbs 

 

beef flank steak

In small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk together. Pour into large ziploc baggie. Add steak to marinade and refrigerate overnight. Turn bag occasionally to coat well.

Grill steak 4-6" above hot coals, 5-7 minutes per side.
