Grilled Flank Steak
Easy marinade...
delicious flavor!

white wine vinegar

vermouth
worcestershire sauce

whole grain mustard

ground white pepper

dried thyme

mustard

beef
flank steak

In small
bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk
together. Pour into large ziploc baggie. Add
steak to marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Turn bag occasionally to coat well.

Grill steak
4-6" above hot coals, 5-7 minutes per side.
