 Stuffed Tenderloin

 

Decadent and rich tenderloin...
 

4 Tbs 

 

butter

 

2 green 

 

onions, finely chopped

 

1 package 

 

sliced fresh mushrooms

 

1 clove 

 

garlic, minced

 

5 sprigs 

 

fresh parsley, chopped

 

1 whole 

 

beef tenderloin (about 1˝ lbs.)

 

3 Tbs 

 

blue cheese

 

 

 

melted butter

Melt butter in large skillet. Sauté the onion, mushrooms, garlic and parsley.

Slit the tenderloin and stuff vegetables inside Spread the blue cheese over the vegetables. Close the slit with toothpicks.

Brush the tenderloin with melted butter and place on hot barbecue until the desired degree of doneness is obtained.

 

Servings: 6
