ground round

 

¼ cup 

 

low-sodium soy sauce

 

¼ cup 

 

chopped green onions

 

1 tsp 

 

grated peeled fresh ginger

 

¼ tsp 

 

black pepper

 

1 clove 

 

garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a ½-inch-thick patty.

Preheat grill. Place burgers on grill rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
