Combine
salsa ingredients in bowl; toss to mix and set
the salsa aside. |

Combine
steak, chili powder, coriander and oregano in
another bowl; turn to coat the meat. Heat the
oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high
heat. Add steak, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño,
worcestershire, and salt. Cook, stirring
occasionally, 6 minutes. Add tomato and cook
until the steak is done to taste, about 1 minute
longer for medium-rare. Remove from the heat and
stir in the remaining 1 Tablespoon lime juice. |

Mound
one-quarter of the beef mixture in a strip down
the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1½-inch
border at either end. Fold the bottom flap up
over the filling then roll the sides in to form
a cone. Serve with salsa on the side. |
