Melt butter
in large skillet. Sauté the onion, mushrooms,
garlic and parsley. |

Slit the
tenderloin and stuff vegetables inside Spread
the blue cheese over the vegetables. Close the
slit with toothpicks. |

Brush the
tenderloin with melted butter and place on hot
barbecue until the desired degree of doneness is
obtained. |
