nonfat sour cream, with a little milk |

pasta, cooked and drained |

vodka |

In medium
skillet, brown garlic in melted butter. Add the
rest of the ingredients except pasta and vodka.
Stir until heated through. |

Add vodka to
sauce and pour over pasta. Place in individual
pasta bowls and sprinkle with additional
Parmesan and chopped basil. |
