Cheese Manicotti

 

Classic recipe for this great dish...
 

½ lb 

 

mozzarella cheese, shredded

 

½ cup 

 

Ricotta cheese

 

2 large 

 

eggs, beaten

 

2 Tbs 

 

Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated

 

2 Tbs 

 

butter, softened

 

½ tsp 

 

salt

 

½ tsp 

 

pepper

 

1 box 

 

manicotti noodles

 

Two 15oz. 

 

cans Contadina Italian sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together cheeses, eggs, butter, salt, and pepper. Stuff uncooked manicotti noodles. Lay in 9x9" pan and cover with sauce.

Sprinkle with more Parmesan/Romano, cover with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes.

 

Servings: 4
