Cooking Tips:
*
Be sure to let lasagna cool for a bit before slicing.  If you slice too soon, the filling will ooze out onto the plates.
*If you have a Costco near you, they carry a wonderful can of fresh crab in their cold section near the cheeses.

"
What fabulous flavor!!  This was a truly decadent lasagna.  It didn't stay together very well when I cut it to serve, but I have a feeling that I should have let it sit for about 15 minutes before I cut into it.  I will definitely serve this again!"
