sliced button mushrooms |

lemon, juiced |

heavy whipping cream |

and pepper to taste |

Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. |

In saute
pan, melt butter and brown chops on both sides.
Transfer each chop to a piece of foil large
enough to wrap around the chop. |

Add
mushrooms to the pan and saute. Pour in lemon
juice. After 1 minute, stir in flour and cook
for 1-2 minutes. |

Season chops
with salt, pepper and thyme. Spoon mushroom
mixture and then cream onto the chops. Wrap
chops securely in foil. Place onto baking sheet
or in roasting pan and bake for 1 hour. |
