Preheat oven
to 325 degrees F. |

Place ham on
rack in roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer
into thickest portion of the ham. Season with
garlic salt. Bake, uncovered, for 1 to 1½ hours
(20-25 minutes per pound), or until meat
registers 155° F. |

While ham is
baking, prepare sauce. In a medium saucepan, mix
pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, soy
sauce, cornstarch, sugar, curry and ginger. Stir
and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5
minutes, or until thickened. Remove ¼ cup of the
sauce and set aside. |

Add
pineapple to remaining sauce, cook and stir 3-4
minutes more. Brush ham with reserved sauce
during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. |

Let ham
stand 10-15 minutes after removing from oven.
Carve and serve with pineapple sauce. |
