APPLE BASTING SAUCE: |

reserved marinade |

Combine all
chop ingredients except pork chops; Add chops
and marinate in mixture overnight in
refrigerator. Drain and reserve marinade. |

Bring all
sauce ingredients except lemon juice to a boil
in a small saucepan and reduce by about ½. Add
lemon juice. |

Grill chops
over medium-hot coals until done, basting
frequently with Apple Basting Sauce. Arrange
meat on a heated platter and pour remaining
sauce over to serve. |
