Preheat oven
to 325 degrees F. |

Combine all
ingredients except ribs in a saucepan. Bring to
a boil, reduce to simmer and cook 10 minutes. |

Rinse ribs
and pat dry. Bake in a roasting pan in hot oven
for 45 minutes. Add sauce and return to oven for
another 45 minutes, basting occasionally. |

For a
fabulous barbecued flavor, when finished baking,
throw them on a hot grill for a few minutes to
get that hot, sizzling, grilled flavor. |

Serve hot. |
