SAUCE: |

Place pork
in a slow cooker. Top with onion and garlic.
Cook on high for 5 hours, or until pork pulls
apart easily. Remove to a platter to cool. Once
cooled, pull pork apart and place in a large
skillet (or Dutch oven). |

Prepare
sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in
saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat. |

Add 2 cups
of the sauce to the pork. Stir in lemon juice,
vinegar and tabasco. Cook over medium heat until
bubbly. |
