 Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

3 lbs

3 Tbs 

 

soy sauce

 

2 Tbs 

 

honey

 

1 Tbs 

 

canola oil

 

1 Tbs 

 

chili sauce

 

½ tsp 

 

salt

 

¼ tsp 

 

ground ginger

 

1/8 tsp 

 

garlic powder

Wash the drumsticks and pat dry with paper towels. Place in ungreased baking dish.

Mix remaining ingredients in bowl with fork and pour over the drumsticks. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lift the drumsticks with tongs onto rack in the broiler pan that has been lined with aluminum foil. Brush the drumsticks with the sauce remaining in the baking pan.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until the drumsticks are tender when pierced with a fork.

 

Servings: 7

Yield: 14 drumsticks
