chicken broth |

grated lime peel |

Preheat oven
to 400 degrees F. Spray 9x13" roasting pan with
nonstick spray. |

Grate lime
peel. Squeeze 2 Tablespoons lime juice and toss
juice with chicken. |

Mix flour,
salt and pepper. Dip chicken in flour and then
dip in butter. Arrange chicken in pan. |

Mix lime
peel and brown sugar. and sprinkle over chicken.
Pour broth and remaining lime juice into the pan
and bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes. Baste
breasts occasionally with juices in pan. If
needed, use ½ can of broth with lime juice added
for basting. |

Serve
immediately. |
