The orange sauce
really makes these juicy and tasty...
BURGERS:

lb
uncooked ground turkey
½
cup
chopped scallions
¼
cup
soft
breadcrumbs

Tbs
freshly chopped cilantro
1
Tbs
soy
sauce
1
Tbs
grated fresh ginger
2
tsp
finely chopped garlic
salt
and pepper to taste

tsp
vegetable oil
SAUCE:
½
cup
fresh orange juice
2
Tbs
fresh lemon juice
1
Tbs
soy
sauce
1
Tbs
butter
1
Tbs
freshly chopped cilantro

Prepare
burgers: In a bowl, combine ground turkey,
scallions, breadcrumbs, 2 Tbs. cilantro, 1 Tbs.
soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide turkey
mixture into 4 equal patties.

Preheat
grill. Grill burgers until desired doneness.

Prepare
sauce: In a small saucepan, combine orange
juice, lemon juice and soy sauce. Let simmer
until reduced by half. Whisk in butter and
cilantro.
