ground turkey

 

1 cup 

 

crumbled feta cheese

 

½ cup 

 

kalamata olives, chopped

 

1 tsp 

 

dried oregano

 

1 tsp 

 

Italian seasoning

 

1 tsp 

 

dried parsley

 

1 tsp 

 

dried basil

 

1 tsp 

 

onion powder

 

½ tsp 

 

garlic powder

 

 

 

ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together well and form into 4 patties.

Grill until desired doneness. Serve on regular hamburger buns- or on pita bread with tahini.
