 Asian-Style Chilean Seabass

 

This also makes a wonderful marinade for salmon!
 

2 lbs 

 

Chilean Seabass filet

 

¼ cup 

 

sherry

 

¼ cup 

 

light soy sauce

 

2 Tbs 

 

oyster sauce

 

2 Tbs 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

2 Tbs 

 

sesame oil

 

1 bunch 

 

chives, minced

 

¼ cup 

 

fresh ginger, finely minced

Combine all ingredients in large ziploc bag. Add seabass and marinate for 1 hour.

Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fish begins to flake.

 Cooking Tips

*Avoid marinating for more than one hour or the flavor will be too strong.
