To prepare
salsa: In a bowl, mix cilantro, peppers, onion
and pineapple. Cover and chill. |

Combine oil
and fresh lime juice in small bowl. Set aside. |

Heat and oil
grill. Grill snapper for approximately 4-8
minutes on each side, basting with lime juice
mixture. Fish is done when it flakes easily when
tested with a fork and is no longer translucent
in the center. |
