Creamy and yummy
shrimp dish...

medium shrimp, cleaned, peeled and
de-veined |

mushrooms, sliced |

nonfat sour cream |

Sauté shrimp
and onion in 4 T. butter until shrimp are pink.
Add mushrooms and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining butter, flour, salt and
pepper. Cook 1 minute. Stir in sour cream and
bell peppers and cook until heated through. |

lemon rice: (rice with the juice of one lemon,
plus some grated lemon peel). |
