white wine |

and pepper to taste |

Peel and
de-vein shrimp. |

In large
skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 15
minutes. Stir and watch carefully- you don't
want the butter to burn. Remove garlic from the
pan. |

Add shrimp
to hot butter. Sauté shrimp until firm and pink.
Add parsley, wine, lemon and salt/pepper. |

Serve over
rice. |
