Preheat oven
to 400 degrees F. |

Season lamb
with salt and pepper. Roast, uncovered, for 25
minutes. |

In small
bowl, mix together oil, breadcrumbs, and
seasonings. Work mixture into a paste and spread
on top of lamb (make more paste if needed). |

Roast lamb
15 minutes more, depending on degree of desired
doneness. |
