This is a nice
diversion from the ho-hum green salad...

turkey bacon, cooked crisp |

green or red leaf lettuce |

garlic (large) |

delicious apples- skin on, sliced |

DRESSING: |

fresh Parmesan, grated |

Mix together
dressing ingredients in lidded jar. Shake well
and refrigerate. |

Cut garlic
clove in half and rub the inside of the salad
bowl. Place lettuce and apple slices in bowl.
Juice the lemon and pour over the top of the
salad/apple mix. Crumble bacon on top. |

Toss with
chilled dressing. Croutons are optional. |
