Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

 

Great pairing of red grapes and blue cheese with crunchy slaw...
 

1 cup 

 

mayonnaise (ok to use half nonfat and half regular or all light mayo)

 

¼ cup 

 

prepared dijon-style mustard

 

½ cup 

 

crumbled blue cheese

 

2 Tbs 

 

granulated sugar

 

2 Tbs 

 

cider vinegar

 

16 ounce 

 

package shredded coleslaw mix with carrots

 

2 cups 

 

seedless red grapes, halved

 

 

In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, mustard, cheese, sugar and vinegar. Add the coleslaw mix, and grapes. Stir until evenly coated. Chill until serving.
