Maple Dressing
A nice dressing for an autumn salad...
½ cup
cider vinegar
¼ cup
sugar
1 cup
oil
dijon mustard
1 tsp
finely chopped onion
dry mustard
paprika
celery seed
good maple syrup
salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan, mix vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes (stirring). Turn off heat and add remaining ingredients.

Let cool. Refrigerate.
Servings: 16
Yield: 1/2 quart- 2 T. per serving
