parsley, shallot, mustard, celery and honey in
blender. Begin blending. Pour into small bowl
and whisk in oil and vinegar. Chill until ready
to serve. |

more honey for sweeter dressing. Add more
parsley for more peppery flavor. |

spinach, mandarin oranges and avocado with
dressing to taste. |
