Chicken Pasta Salad Dressing
 

 Chicken Pasta Salad Dressing

 

The lemony flavor is fabulous...
 

1 cup 

 

extra virgin olive oil

 

½ cup 

 

fresh lemon juice

 

4 tsp 

 

granulated sugar

 

4 tsp 

 

dijon mustard

 

2 cloves 

 

finely chopped garlic

 

1 tsp 

 

dried rosemary

Whisk all ingredients together.

This is a fabulous dressing to pour over chicken and let marinate overnight, then toss with pasta or greens the following day.
