white wine vinegar |

potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with water.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15
minutes or until tender. Drain. Stir until
tender. Drain. Stir in vinegar. Cover and chill. |

large bowl; toss gently to coat. |
