Boil vinegar
until it is reduced by one half. Add all
seasonings and remove from heat. Cover tightly
and let sit at room temperature until vinegar is
COLD. |

bottles using a funnel lined with cheesecloth. |

vinegar to 4 parts of oil for a delicious French
dressing. |
