 Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing

 

Terrific tasting dressing for a spinach salad...
 

½ cup 

 

granulated sugar

 

¼ cup 

 

raspberry vinegar

 

1/3 cup 

 

corn oil

 

2 Tbs 

 

poppy seeds

 

1 Tbs 

 

sesame seeds

 

1 tsp 

 

paprika

 

1 Tbs 

 

Worcestershire sauce

 

1 tsp 

 

minced onion

In a small saucepan, whisk sugar and vinegar over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and whisk in the oil. Whisk in the remaining ingredients.

Refrigerate until chilled before serving.

 

 Cooking Tips

*Try tossing this with fresh spinach, red onion, strawberries and chopped brie.
