Sangiovese Vinaigrette
 

 Sangiovese Vinaigrette

 

Homemade wine-based salad dressing- your guests will rave!
 

1 cup 

 

red wine vinegar

 

½ cup 

 

Sangiovese wine

 

1 lg. clove 

 

garlic, chopped

 

2 Tbs 

 

shallots, chopped

 

½ Tbs 

 

dry mustard

 

½ Tbs 

 

sea salt

 

¼ Tbs 

 

fresh ground pepper

 

1 Tbs 

 

Italian seasoning

 

½ cup 

 

extra virgin olive oil

 

 

Using food processor or blender, mix all ingredients except oil until blended. Whisk in oil until well emulsified.

 

Servings: 32

Yield: 2 cups (serving size 1 Tablespoon)
