Prepare
dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk mayonnaise,
broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, chipotles, brown
sugar and dijon to blend. Season with salt and
pepper to taste. |

Mix lettuce,
corn and tomatoes in large bowl. Add dressing
and 2 Tbs. Parmesan and toss to coat. Sprinkle
with remainder of Parmesan. |

*The dressing may be
prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. |

**Add grilled
chicken or steak to make this a main-dish salad. |
