White Wine Dijon Dressing
 

 White Wine- Dijon Dressing

 

You will hear raves about the flavor of this simple dressing..

3 Tbs 

 

white wine vinegar

 

1½ Tbs 

 

dijon mustard

 

4 Tbs 

 

extra virgin olive oil

 

 

 

salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients well and chill.

This is fabulous in a salad with avocado, toasted pine nuts and grilled chicken.
